I am hoping this is something simple and I am missing it in the forums and docs. I need basically a field(s) and tab that will only show to the current logged in user on their profile view and to Moderators (Administrators and higher) from the front end. All other registered members will have no access.
I am trying to use CB Conditional to get this done but I am unsure what the Fields conditional self and others relates to? Any guidance?

CB Conditional can't do that. You'll need to display your fields using a new tab with a delimiter field and using substitutions with IF statements. Please see tutorials within my signature for substitution usage information. For further usage information please search as have explained such usage a few times.
