Hi, and thanks for useful tips!

Awaiting feedback from Joomlapolis before making any contact with other persons.
I am quite sure there is some way to get this done.

We've nothing of the sort. You'd need to custom develop it and find a way to create a relationship between an article and groups of users (as suggested earlier maybe keywords).

Ok!

Then I will try to figure out a way to fix this.
The tips suggested earlier will be tested.

Some more thoughts...

Recently came across a 3rd-Party plugin called "GetCBfield". Can be found in the JED! Something like a mini CB Content Bot. Might be a good source for getting a certain CBfield value for comparison...
This code could be combined with a Joomla "Related Article plugin". I am sure there are some free solutions out there.

Maybe a plugin is closer to the idea, that it works with the currently displayed article. Plugins can also have restrictions to certain categories or even menuitems. Though, I like most the J! module concept, because of easier assignment and its manager.

Looked at this GetCBfield plugin and other plugins as well.
I have a hard time getting a result with help from all this extensions, but I am sure it it doable.

I think:
If articlename contains = massage
get and show cbfield that includes massage
else
do not show anything.
