[#3548] CBSubs error : Payment basket does not login

In my case, if only one gateway is enabled, the page with invoice and payments buttons doesn't show at all, the error message above show.

I'm not able to confirm this. Please PM backend super administrator login credentials and will take a look.

Can you provide exact steps to duplicate this or PM credentials for a user experiencing this. Using the credentials provided I attempted to renew with Offline and Credit Card (the 2 gateways enabled) and neither had this issue.

Hi Krileon,

From backend, please disable the Credit Card gateway and keep only the offline gateway enabled.

Then try to subscribe to the plan from front end, you will reach the error.

I see, this appears to be a bug of some kind and have created a bug ticket for further investigation for next release.

4 months ago you posted this a known bug #3548. on my fresh cbsubs 2.0.2 install, this is still a bug. any news when this will be fixed? I only use 1 gateway (offline payments) and the problem still persists.

using:
CB v2.0.x
CBsubs v 4.1.x
Joomla 3.3+
