We are using the CBSubs Content integration to control access to certain menu links to only certain plans but would like some of these links only visible to certain plans. Is there a way to do that?

Not currently. It doesn't hide the menus, but just protects their destination. Best way to hide a menu link is protect the entire module which will show/hide the module based off subscription.

Is module protection also a feature of the Content integration?

Yes, see the "Extension" tab under "Integrations" tab of your plans.
