Migrating from 1.5to J2.5 comprofiler table

11 years 10 months ago - 11 years 10 months ago #203695 by socialfan
I set up a complete new build on J2.5 now I am getting close to moveing over.

I set up many more fields etc on the new version.

My plan is to just export the comprofiler table and to replace the existing one on J2.5.

Will this work?
Will there be DB structure differences between CB 1.7.1 and CB 1.8.1?

Thank you

No.

Database structure is unchanged, but accesslevels and usergroups between J1.5 and J2.5 are not compatible. You need to run your old install through latest jUpgrade first so it can migrate the accesslevels and usergroups to their J2.5 equivalent.
