Hi,

what is the best way to solve this:
The users get a standard password from the organisation. By the first Login he will see a page for changing his password. then he will get entrance to the site.
Any Ideas?

You'd need to develop a new plugin to provide this as CB has no such feature and don't believe any available projects we have could provide this. Best I can suggest is use the first time login redirect in CB > Configuration > Registration to send them to profile edit on first login.
