CB Field Insert - Fatal Error

CB Field Insert - Fatal Error was created by jabrister
When I go to any area and select a new CB Field Insert - in this case today at Note Categories at the following address:
www.mysite.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_categories&view=category&layout=edit&extension=com_users.notes
when I select NewI get the error:
Fatal error: Call to a member function getTemplate() on a non-object in /nfs/c01/h13/mnt/11778/domains/referencesrus.com/html/plugins/editors-xtd/cbfieldinsert/cbfieldinsert.php on line 31
Please help me figure out what is wrong.

Looks like it's coming from Joomla editor plugin "CB Field Insert". Please navigate to Extensions > Plug-in Manager and disable it. Please contact the developer of the extension for further support.
