GJ susped invite receiving was created by deltafidesign
I would suggest a feature to let users (registered or not) to not receive longer other invites for that group and/or from my site.
So, the emails (or Uddeim message) that invites to join should also contain a link to disable receiving of other invites for that group or also for all groups.

A feature to prevent a user from receiving GJ group invites? GJ is basically feature locked until after CB 2.0. It maybe considered at that point, but for now any new features will need to be added by you.
