I'm looking if there is a CB plugin to show similarities between profiles.
For example, a user who has complete fields city with "Paris", offer to become friends with other users who have the same value ("Paris") in their profile.

Oh, I see. I'm not aware of any such field. It's possible using Filters and substitutions in those filters on a userlist, but not away of a field to do this. You could try the CB Query Field then query the database for users with matching fields and use CONCAT to format the output with HTML.

Nope, it just reacts to a trigger and performs whatever action is configured. It can't add a new fieldtype dynamically or anything like that.
