Hi all, there's a pulldown to make choosing a plan part of registration, but how would I make this part of creating a new group? Please, pretty please let this be possible

Basically my client wants it so that whenever a GroupJive member clicks "add a group" that it automatically adds a new plan to their collection (or gives them the option to choose one). Auto assignment is probably easier and they can update it with their profile subscription tab later. Effectively he wants people to pay for their groups - the more groups you have the more plans you have to manage.
Is this possible - to add plan selection to group creation?

Gidday Kyle, interesting workaround - i hadn't thought of that - but it won't quite meet the clients needs as we want a plan associated with each group they make (as the plan is what limits the feature-set for the group). What I've done instead is to use your excellent and amazing Auto Actions plugin to make it that when someone creates a new group that it automatically adds a free (limited features) plan to the owner and then updates a separate relationship table in the database that tells the system which group id (and owner id) that plan belongs to. In this way the plan is tied to both the user and the group. We then reorganize the subscriptions tab a wee bit (using jquery) to make it clear which plan is for which group and what upgrade options the user has. All of this is only possible because CBSubs supports multiple same plans per user.
