You'll need to add and translate the following language strings to your cbteamsplugin language file.
'Your registration is not yet complete' => 'Your registration is not yet complete',
'Registration' => 'Registration',
'E-mail Address' => 'E-mail Address',
'Confirm E-mail Address' => 'Confirm E-mail Address',
'Update' => 'Update',
I believe 'Wijzigen' is 'Update' translated as that's what that button originally says.
