Don't understand the issue. Of course the links are HTML, what are they supposed to be? GJ doesn't send UddeIMs PM notification, so however it's formatted is however UddeIM is formatting it and you need to configure it in UddeIM. GJ Emails will send HTML, which is fine as nearly all email providers allow HTML.

That has nothing to do with GJ. That's UddeIM sending the new PM notification with PM contents. Ensure "Allow BB code tags" is set to "Yes" within UddeIM > Messages. Aside from that you'll need to post your issue to the UddeIM forums below. Alternative is to disable this notification or set GJ to send an Email instead of a PM.
