Dear Support:
I need to build a Job posting site that basically people post a job and its in an unapproved state until payment is received then moderator flags as active. The only thing the general public can see are the Job listings once they log in after registering for free. Basically pay per ad they want to post on the site. In addition, they need to be able to create their user profile, upload their photo, upload their resume, bio, and an audio file. Is this possible using CB Pro and can you provide perhaps a site link as an example of similar functionality, thank you.

CB can provide the profile aspect. CBSubs, depending on how you handle the jobs, can provide the payment aspect. We've no feature for people to be able to post jobs or accept jobs; for that you'd need some sort of other extension that does this specifically. You'll find such extensions on JED at the below link.
