The issue is a domain level redirect. You're redirecting from non-www version of your site to www version, but you have live_site in configuration.php as the non-www so the login form is posting to the non-www, which is redirected. You need to edit configuration.php and set live_site to blank. I confirmed this is the issue by editing the POST URL and adding www; I was able to login successfully.

I've been having the same problem today with my CB login. If I load the site with the www. prefix, it logs in fine. If I forego the www, it doesn't log in at all, no error message, just reloads. I checked the configuration file and live_site is blank. I've had a glitch for a while now that might be related where when you login there seems to be a cookie issue and the site doesn't realize you've logged in until you force a refresh of the page or navigate to another page.

Any other suggestions?

You have live site populated or SEF (could be rewrite rule in htaccess) is adding it. Navigating to the non-www version of your site results in the POST URL having the www link. This is usually due to live site being configured in configuration.php, please review carefully the file.
