Failed loading XML file Quick pro install

Hi,

Why do I get an error message after installation. Prior to this, I have never had this problem with a single install. This is a new installation of joomla 2.5.6 and quick pro. I checked joomla for an error and I had no error reported in my joomla. Also Pro install was successful no fail items found . Hope you can help me decipher the problem.

Try installing CB normally on top of it self and see if issue resolves. Where is the issue showing exactly? Karma doesn't show an icon, it's just a digit (same as total posts) and only shows if user actually has any karma.

I reinstall the CB's and did not work. I got the same problems

Please check file permissions on the XML file erroring and ensure its correct. Believe at minimum it should be 644, but you may need to increase this. Please also check folder permissions on the way to the XML file as they should be 755 at minimum and maybe need set higher (775 for example).
