Here is a list comprising of the actions taken (each only once) and the number of times each action is shown on the Activity feed:
I might also add that the instances are, on average, about 6 to 8 minutes apart.
I'm working from CB QuickStart Pro 1.0.3 on Joomla! 2.5.6.

What's the problem? CB Activity dynamic update is a few minutes, you can adjust this in its configuration or just refresh the page. When making a post on your profile using profile book or something it'll take a page refresh for you to see the new activity on the tab or wait for dynamic update to kick in. It has code in place to find duplicates and disregard them. It also only shows activity that is actively visible; meaning unpublished entries, etc.. will not show.

That's not what I meant, K. They were showing up multiple times after doing each of tte previously mentioned only once. I didn't re-enter. Honest! But I think it may have had something to do with the fact that the cache plugin AND the global cache were turned on... maybe. Since switching them off, I haven't had that issue...
