Within cbteamplugins_language.php of your CB language plugin. Please see your documentation, available for download in Advanced downloads section, for further usage information. You'll need to edit the plugin and grab the CBTxt strings or use our awk script to parse the plugin then translate the strings.

The jQuery usage uses the below language strings (don't edit the JS files, please restore those).
