[SOLVED] Moderator gets error message when trying to modera

I have a moderator that is member of
Member, CBMods, Bestyrelse and a few others.

When she tries to update a user that is part of Member, she gets the following message:

You cannot edit a `member`. Only higher-level users have this power.

When the users are 'Registered', she can edit them, and change them to 'member', but as soon as she does that, she can no longer moderate them, despite that she is also a member of CBMod which is 'higher'.

Please test with Joomla user manager.
If you have similar issues, then something is messed up with your ACL groups, or there is a bun in Joomla.

Please explain how your moderator is modifying other users?
Frontend?
Backend?

She works from the frontend, backend is too complicated for her.
She finds the users profile, and goes and edits the profile from there.

Try to ensure she's only in the top most usergroup and see if this resolves your issue. In her case her top most appears to be CBMods.
