Hi! I have a Joomla 1.5.26 site with CB 1.8.1--my client wants me to add new CB profile fields and that's not a problem, but for some of the fields (not others), the client wants an administrator to be able to approve changes to those fields before they are published. We aren't that familiar with CB; is that possible in the native feature/configurations or through a plugin? If not, what customizing would need to be done?

CB has no such feature. There's no plugin that has such a feature either. Best you could do quickly and easily is to use CB Auto Actions to send an email everytime someone changes their profile so you'd know they updated it.
