HI, I would like to design a form that every member of the community must use to upload articles, files, images and more content to the CB site.

Can you please recommend some plugin or add on appropriate for this purpose? I{m trying to have an standardized way to upload content with specific and separate fields in the form like author name, date, a brief summary, images, files etc. I want also to be able to select some other characteristics like type of article if it is related to a specific theme (some list to choose from for example administrative, commercial, civil, etc) and some specific region (city, province, country etc)

Then when the form is complete I would like to preview the info to be uploaded and then edit o submit it. In this way every community member has to use the form and all the info they upload is ordered.

Report capabilities

Later I would like to be able to generate a report about the uploaded info for example a report of all administrative cases or those related to a specific region o province or country.. so the system look for the specific word and generate a report that includes the summary for each case.. and some link to get the updated form when needed.

I would like to be able to design the form and the report to include fields and info of my interest.

Maybe you can please suggest some plugin or ad don to do some similar job to what I'm looking for?
