Seams to be working fine in all my tests. I hate to ask, but are you typing the password correctly?

Hi,
First of all, thank you for your answer.
I know why you ask this question but definitly yes the password is correct.
I have done some modifications, now i send an email with an automatic password included in the mail.
The user can log with this password without trouble and after that modify his password by the profile edition.
I think the trouble should be something like plain text password or this kind of things.

By now i have a temporary solution but it should be better to let user directly endocde his password from the registration menu.

any other idea?

Thanks a lot.

Are you using generated passwords or user input passwords? If using generated passwords and you've admin approval or email confirmation enabled I believe you need to include the [PASSWORD] substitution in both the Welcome and Pending emails as I believe they'll receive 2.
