You'd have to make a lot of delimiter fields then conditionally display the delimiter fields. This is going to be a really messy approach as depending on how many options you have for the image you could end up with having to create hundreds of delimiter fields. You really need a custom fieldtype solution to provide what you're needing.

I guess you can try adding it as a delimiter field, but it's not going to store anywhere unless the input name actually exists as a column in CB. If you've JS and/or jQuery that needs to be added to header you can use CB Auto Actions with a Code action to add it.
