Phone and Address visable only to registered users

I would like to know how can I make a field in this case PHONE & ADDRESS visible only to registered users.

I tried looking and changing those setting but that did not work.

I see no attachment.

Also no versions mentioned ...

That's Ajax access permission. Fields don't have permissions besides profile view or registration enable/disable. Field access is based off the access to the tab it's on. So to make your fields visible to registered users only you need to place them on a tab that's accessible to registered users only.
