Exact PHP version. 5.3.10

Exact CB version - please note that if you are using an earlier CB version you will be asked to update to latest. 1.9

Exact Joomla version - please note that you will be asked to update to latest Joomla in your series. 2.5.8

Detailed description of problem. (screenshots? link?)
I am using Rocket them template - Voxel. On the main menu, I have a CB user profile edit menu item (which changes to "logout action??). The information displays without problem on the front end. However if I try to publish any other modules in any of the module positions surrounding the content, they will not appear. Also, the split menu second level (in subnavigation) is hidden on the edit user profile page.

No error messages

Any SEF components? Does turning off SEF resolve the issue? using sh404 - doesn't solve the problem

Have you moved or encrypted the Joomla configuration.php file? no

Upgrade from CB version ?? or fresh install? fresh
Migrated from Joomla version ?? or fresh install? fresh
What browser is issue present in? Is issue browser specific? no

Site is nmbook.org will pm membership login creds if requested.

Any help would be much appreciated,
Thanks,
Andrew

CB has absolutely no control on module display, which is 100% based off Itemid. CBSubs is capable of hiding modules however it won't be on just CB pages unless you're missing the cbsubsbot. Ensure you've a public and published Joomla menu link to CB and are assigning your modules to it or displaying them on every page.
