I've just installed and configured the Profile Progress plugin and everything is working as It should.
How do I hide the Progress tab from the edit profile view?

CB Progress Field is a field not a tab, it has no tab. If you create a tab specifically for it you can disable that tab in profile edit using CB Privacy and setting the tab to have no profile edit display.
