Ok, was able to find the cause. We've a delayed header output if header wasn't output. Not sure why that code is there, but reviewing it further to see if it can be removed or at least conditioned based off the format.

I've quickfixed your install for that function to check format, but am looking into it further if that should be the official fix.

Yup, all done. The fix has also been merged so should be in the currently available CB build as well.
