We've no plans to add non-major video hosting platforms, sorry. At this time this means only YouTube and Vimeo. We'll add support for other video embeds later from platforms like Twitch and Facebook as well if possible, but ideally not until we've a centralized API for doing this as it's duplicated work across CB Gallery and CB Activity to handle video embeds.
