Yes, all CB content and plugins are current. * There are no updates available at the moment. Please check again later.
Nothing shown to update using the tool.

Our PHP version is 7.3.21
Joomla version 3.9.23
CB version: 2.4.7+build.2020.11.19.14.24.58.59e8c0858

Have reviewed your install. Your issue is caused by 3rd party plugin "My Mailbox" (cb.jlms.mymailbox) in CB > Plugin Management. I've unpublished it and confirmed can reach profile fine now. Recommend contacting the developer of that plugin.
