Kyle,
I sent via PM admin details for the site but cant see your access. If I remove the login or logout for my account from the activity list the details update, if they already exist they are not updated presently.

The profile update, login, logout, avatar, and canvas system actions were missing their Date parameters. This is now fixed in latest CB Auto Actions build release. Please update to now available build release and that will fix your issue.
