I wonder if thee is a way to moderate activity posts before they are published. I looked at the CB Activity configuration but i found nothing.

Moderators can unpublish posts and users can report posts. There however is no post approval process. There will be in CB Activity 6.0.0 (currently in development) though. You can follow CB Activity 6.0.0 progress on our forge below. A LOT of stuff is on the way!
