Have reviewed your install. Seams to be a caching issue. You've Joomla page cache enabled. Disabling page cache in System > Plugins and purging the cache seams to resolve the issue.

Additionally if you're using Chrome it seams to cause some translate issues when your Google Translate module is enabled. Appears the two can conflict with one another, but clears after a refresh. Unfortunately there isn't really anything we can do about that. Issue is not present in FireFox.

Hi Kyle,
Coming back to my problem
For your info, via FTP, i pasted the french language file into the default language file into comprofler plugins repertory and all works fine.
Maybe CB dont recognize the french language settled as default language in whole site..or another reason i dont know
