CB Antispam related Question

CB Antispam related Question was created by liaskas
Hello
We use CB AntiSpam to block users for some reasons.
The procedure is...
user profile / moderate / Block User
we fill the fields and we also set Block Account to Yes (we do not want blocked users to be able to login)

Now... the block duration ends, the Block User auto changes to "X", but the Block Account remains.

It is not a problem to enable the user from the backend again. The problem is how to be notified that a Block User duration has ended to remove the Block Account!

Is there an auto action trigger to activate an e-mail to the admins (or maybe change the field value) when the Block User expires?

Thank you.

Account blocks are permanent. They won't reverse or expire. You'll have to reverse those yourself. You do not need an account block to prevent login. CB AntiSpam will check if they've any active blocks on login and deny the login if you want to use duration based blocks.
