CBSubs not possible to pay was created by rbuelund
I have a user that tried to pay his subscription 3/1 - but now it just says:
Pending payment initiated on 03/01/24
And the subscription has not been paid ? I can see nowhere in the system that he has tried to pay - no payment log, no subscription log from this year ?

A pending payment means his payment hasn't processed yet. What payment gateway are you using? If Stripe for example you should see their payment pending within your Stripe dashboard. Depending on how they paid or what country they originate from Stripe may impose additional validity checks and could take up to 24 hours to process. During that time we hold the basket waiting for the payment to complete.
