An error occurred during installation. Can you advise how to solve this issue?
Reinstalling didn't help.

You've mixed database collations. Try running CB > Tools > Check Community Builder Database to see if it can fix the collations for you then re-try install.
If it can't fix the collations for you use a tool like phpMyAdmin and under the Operations tab fix your database collations for all tables and their columns to utf8mb4_unicode_ci.
Migration is fail safe so no worries it will resume where it left off.

Resolved. The problem was caused by the installation of the jSitemap extension - utf8mb3_general_ci.
