CB Activity 6.0 - Mentions: Notification bug and Firefox bug was created by dg1
Hi,

When I turn on mention notifications, I get an error:

0 - Call to undefined method CB\Plugin\Activity\Table\ActivityMentionTable::getTagUserId()

My suspicion is an invalid line of code in the file:
/home/.../public_html/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbactivity/library/Controller/ActivityController.php
                            ->setUserId( $mention->getTagUserId() )

Shouldn't it be:
                            ->setUserId( $mention->getUserId() )

Another noticed problem with mentions is their incorrect handling in the FireFox browser.
After clicking on the username, everything below the editor area disappears from the page. :-(
Tests were conducted on Windows 7, Windows 10 and Android.
The test site demo.cbdemosites.com/ has the same error. Screenshot attached.
 

In Chrome and Opera browsers it is ok.

Fixed for next build release.

Was able to confirm. Very strange. Will look into this further and fix as soon as possible.

Ok, the mention bug is due to FireFox unfortunately still being an underwhelming browser. Their selection API is working incorrectly according to the standards on blur events (it should be outputting the element that was just left not the element that was just focused). Am working on a workaround.

Ok, both issues are now fixed in latest CB Activity build release. Few additional Firefox workarounds were implemented for contenteditable as there's long standing bugs they've yet to fix.
