I´d like to have a support ticket system on my CB website, and have a tab listing users support tickets.
Are there some out of the box system where I can do this?

We do not have a support ticketing system plugin. I suppose it might be possible to force CB Activity to act as one though, but it doesn't really have features specifically for support ticketing systems. Have you looked into other Joomla extensions for providing this?

You could use the Private Message system as a basic ticket system. It does pretty much the same function with threaded replies tied to a user.
