Believe that can happen if reCaptcha is loaded twice. You likely have something else loading Google reCaptcha JS. If you've reCaptcha enabled within Joomla then turn it off.

That's it I use a contact form from: Perfect AJAX Popup Contact Form
In fact I have 2 pop up contact form with recpatcha from Perfect Ajax popup if i desactive the both the recaptcha of CB is working.
So I can't use recapcha in the popup contact form :(..

Ok I found a way, the perfect ajax popup have as option -> recaptcha V2 and if I choose this version everything is working.

Joomla Global Config has the options for Default Captcha: -None-, Captcha - ReCaptcha, and The New Recaptcha. "Captcha - ReCaptcha" cannot be found in Joomla Plugins anymore (it used to be). "The New Recaptcha" was now default in Joomla Global Config. Turned that off, and AntiSpam started rendering the ReCaptcha again (after a forced refresh to clear the cache).
