Navigate to CB > Plugin Management and ensure CB Auto Actions is installed. If it is then ensure it is published. If it's not installed please be sure to install its CB plugin. Next click "Auto Actions" button within its plugin row. Now click "New" at the top then refer to my reply below on how to setup the auto action.
