With "Linking Only" set, if I log on using CB credentials, I get both the "Signin" and "Unlink" buttons both appearing at the same time.

This has got to be a bug, yes? I don't see any settings to prevent it.

What you're seeing is not an error. It means that account is linked to a Facebook account, but you are not signed in via your Facebook account. This allows users to unlink at any point in time (as per Facebooks policy). However, you can still login via Facebook if you'd like by clicking "Sign in".
