Hello again,
the problem persists. I have tried on other computers/browsers to avoid the cookie/cache problem.
The previous administrator data has no connection to the FB account.
Maybe I could send you a private message and let you try for yourself on our site?

Please create a fresh install of just Joomla + CB + FBC in a sub-domain or sub-folder. If issue persists in this new install then please PM credentials to the NEW install as it could be a problem with the plugin. If issue does not persist in the new install then you'll need to review your install for a potential conflict; we do not resolve conflicts from other developers coding (we'll recommend disabling the conflicting extension entirely).
Please also note latest CB release is 1.3.1; I recommend upgrading to see if this may resolve your issue.
