I sent them a message about it
...uninstalling or disabling the plugin doesnt make a differance, the error is the same.
I was unaware that tabs and plugins for the front end were loaded on the back end as well.
I wasnt detecting them in firebug

Why did you state that plugin was the problem if removing it does not solve it as obviously it's not the problem... Please review help us help you and deeply perform all debug steps.

why would I state this...?
because the plugin is listed in the error code
....after I posted the error code, I tried all possibilities to disable or remove the plugin.
but the error remained.
When I found this out I contacted the developer and posted it my findings.

Issue is an error from jQuery and will require further review. Please check within your browsers error console that there are no Fatal JS errors present as this could break the jQuery.

Hello,
I fixed this. It was from the SuperMessenger plugin. This plugin uses a very minimal set of css and javascript, that we had them added inside the plugin's php file, instead of creating a different css and a different js file. Seems CB Mass Emailing doesn't like this, so we moved css and javascript to individual files. We fixed this on your site.
For all other users getting this problem, please re-download your SuperMessenger CB plugin, and re-install it.
