Please download CB Content (1.3) available to advanced subscribers (yourself) or included with latest MyCommunity/Coolness templates and install through Joomla extension manager. Installing will auto-upgrade the module and keep your existing configuration. Do not attempt to do an "expert" upgrade unless you're sure you know what you're doing. Template upgrades work the same; please download the latest and simply install it over it self. Please note templates compromise of a Joomla template installed through Joomlas extension installer and a CB template installed through CB plugin management.

WHoops, just found CB 1.3 separately in the advanced subscribers downloads as you suggested. Thanks! Though it may be worth updating the zip package of the template.
