Unfortunately not all developers uphold our same support standards. However, we simply don't have the resources, man power, or desire for that matter to support other developers works (which some developers seam to feel we do/should?). Hopefully you'll be able to contact the developer for an acceptable resolution. However you should still be able to intercept the redirect or something of the sort and send to CBs pages using a Joomla system plugin. Likely need to use onbefore or onafter render trigger, not sure, and parse the URL to test if on a Joomla page.
