Hi.
I am already discouraged, because I saw this post

Current subscription (round) box is too wide for our website.
I managed to make it shorter. But we're missing right side border.
(I updated cbpaidsubscriptions.css file.)

Can you help us to bring back the right side border on this?

As stated in the post you linked it is designed for a set width, you will need to edit the images AND the CSS in order to reduce the width.
