[#1590] Authorize.net ARB and upgrading

13 years 10 months ago #136088 by rikym
I am also experiencing a similar problem with upgrading to another subscriotion plan. I have all the plans set as Exclusive and have prorating turned on. When I paid the initial subscrition with Authorize.net the correct recurring billing record was posted. Then I upgraded to a higher costly plan and when I paid the subscription via Autorize.net I ended up with two subscriptions for the customer.

I attached a a snapshot of the plans I have configured in CB SUBS.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Have reviewed the issue ticket and it is solved for next release of CBSubs.

Thanks Kyle! What version of CBSUBs should I expect the fix? I see 1.0.3 is available. Would it be 1.0.4 and what is the ETA?

It would be in CBSubs 1.1 which is currently in internal testing.
