Please PM the credentials. You've just posted backend admin access to your website on a public forum, twice. Please delete the credentials and create new ones. Test that they're working for backend login then PM them to me. See link in signature for direct URL to PMing me.

just an update for anyone that runs into this same issue.....
unpublishing all plugins that are not being used has fixed the issue. also if you are using document seller/DMS as your shopping cart you will most likely need to have the order history plugin corrected as there was a small bug causing an issue with CB. this should resolve your issue
