I use only the Joomla SEF and my htacess is correct.
The only thing specific is our template, it can cause some problems ? if yes, what i need to check ?

Don't see how template can cause an issue with SEF. CB and CBSubs both work with SEF perfectly fine. Your SEF URL has "registration" in it. This means it's using your CB registration menu item. It should be using your CB profile menu item. Ensure you've a public and published Joomla menu link to CBs profile page. If still not working then download latest Joomla and replace your htaccess file with the one included with Joomla to ensure there's no incompatible rewrite rules present.
