That's because there isn't any CSS for that. As explained in my previous replies that is the login page. It's a component page. So it's displaying as it should by expanding the entire component page width. If you want the login to be in a module position then you need to create and place a CB Login module in a module position. Aside from that I don't understand what you're asking. You can't move the component page to a module position.
