Subscription issue when first applying

Subscription issue when first applying was created by cagoffice
Hello,

I have an issue with my CBSubs. Sometimes (it doesn't happen all of the time), when a user applies, the plan they applied for doesn't show up under "Subscription" tab. Now we don't know what type of plan they applied for and there's no way for them to pay.

It's a mandatory field so they for sure picked it out on their application form. It's just very weird that only sometimes it doesn't show up. See screenshot below of some examples:

The subscriptions column only shows active subscriptions. You need to check CBSubs > Baskets for pending baskets or offline payment baskets. You can also filter CB > User Management down to "Registered Unpaid".

They are not shown in Baskets either (well one of them is and he's also shown when doing the filter, registered-unpaid). It's very strange.

If they're not showing in CBSubs > Baskets then they don't have a basket. If it's offline payments then they likely never clicked the link to finalize it.

I don't think I am explaining myself properly. We have people who apply for a subscription, then we need to approve them. Once approved, they get an email to log in and pay. However, some of the people who apply have no subscription checked off under the "Subscription" tab in the backend. How do we know what kind of subscription they applied for? For the most part, there is usually something shown there.

Weird part is, sometimes it shows and sometimes it doesn't.

Are those users skipping CB registration entirely? Are they registering through Joomla or some other extension? Do you have plans marked Exclusive so they have to select one or is it possible to register without selecting a plan? It's possible the basket maybe expiring depending on how long you're wanting to review pending registrations. Within CBSubs > Settings > Dislay > Baskets try adjusting the timeout times under "Payment basket timeouts".
