No we only have one way of registering online. Our receptionist just did some and they're not showing up. All plans are exclusive and there's no way of registering without checking off a plan.

Sometimes it could take like 3 months before we approve them. What do I put?

Could have the time limit NO LIMIT (indefinitely). The reason being, we don't want to lose the subscription information on that user. It seems to go away and we would like to see if their payment is outstanding what kind of plan they wanted.

Are the baskets not showing immediately after a registration? or are you able to confirm it only happens for extended time approvals? The durations are in hours; you can set it to whatever you like as needed.
